Here is the link to a 90-second sound project which Benjamin handed in for his "Image & Sound" course at Dawson College.
Benjamin recorded all of the sounds in our house (and of course then spent hours and hours editing them on some free trial software he downloaded). No instruments were used. Some of the sounds you may recognize: CD drawer opening, zipper, oil tank, wine glass rims, coffee pouring, can spiraling, Wii loading. The parts which sound most like instruments are the wine glass rims which he recorded and then tuned. I thought it was pretty amazing. We never got to do this kind of stuff when I was in school!
